HR Labor Relations Specialist

**Job Purpose**:
Ensure compliance with legal obligations, personnel services and payroll processes, in accordance with the group's policies and strategies and applicable legislation, thus contributing to maintaining a healthy work environment within the organization, in order to ensure that it complies with internal, client, and organizational requirements. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Attend audit processes. Implement HR compliance in the implementation of Policies and Processes (CTPAT, NEEC, SOX, Internal Control, Ethics). Manage the Payroll process properly, on time, and addressing employee concerns, doubts, and payroll issues Manage Personnel Services: Cafeteria, Transportation.
