Responsibilities
- Prepare HRLR reports and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, resignations, terminations, and legal matters related to employee lawsuits.
- Provide accurate and timely information to internal customers, preparing necessary documentation for case management and legislated requirements.
Qualifications
