Job Description

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings through job boards and social media platforms.
• Help schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities .
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement events and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases .
• Help prepare HR reports , documentation, and internal memos.
• Assist in collecting and reviewing employee timesheets, attendance, and leave forms.
• Provide support in organizing training sessions or learning activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry .
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for HR process improvements.
