Job Responsibilities:
- Support posting job openings on various platforms and assist in reviewing incoming resumes.
- Observe and participate in initial candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams.
- Help coordinate interview schedules and send Teams links and instructions to candidates.
- Assist in completing evaluation forms after interviews and communicating results to candidates.
- Track and report hiring progress while helping maintain organized candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting required documents and assisting with new hire setup.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
