Internship at Allegro MicroSystems provides hands‑on experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent acquisition. You will receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals and exposure to various HR functions beyond recruiting.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, including posting job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications for entry‑level positions.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new‑hire packets and coordinating first‑day logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in recruitment systems.
- Perform new‑hire onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
