Job Description
As an HR/Admin. Intern, you will be tasked to do the following:
- Provide assistance to the Admin Officer and HR Manager
- To source job applicants from our available recruitment channels
- Invite and schedule job applicants for on-site or virtual initial interview
- Conduct job applicant initial interview
- Properly schedule and endorse applicants for final interview to hiring managers
- Assist in receiving pre-employment contracts and serving of employment contracts
- Facilitate deployment of new hirees to their respective departments
- Provide pre-employment requirement instructions to qualified candidates
- Create 201 file received pre-employment requirements
- Proper filing of documents or providing any clerical work for HR and Admin. Departments
