Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Performance review process and coordinate with HRBPs
- Prepare presentations
- Assist in Employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing Performance Management System for the next year
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration with majors in Human Resources or Marketing
- Competent in making presentations using PowerPoint, Canva and other design applications. Video making and expertise in AI skills is a plus
