The Role
As an HR Intern at Pharming, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international, dynamic and purpose-driven biotech organization. Pharming is continuously evolving, which means there is plenty of room to contribute, learn, ask questions and work on meaningful HR topics.
You will be part of the HR team and support a broad range of HR activities and projects. Depending on your interests, study requirements and stage assignment, you may work on topics such as culture, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee experience and organizational change.
This internship offers a combination of practical HR experience and project-based work. You will support the team in day-to-day HR activities, while also having the freedom to identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of your own assignment.
