We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic People & Culture Intern to support HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and reporting activities. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel.
- Coordinate with employees and departments on HR-related matters.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
