Responsabilidades

  • Support for annual C&B processes: salary review, bonus (information tracking and control).
  • Support in compensation benchmarking to help maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal committees.
  • Preparation of monthly HR KPIs, reporting, and workforce data analysis (headcount, movements, diversity, etc.).
  • Support in the review and monitoring of the organizational and job structure, including job architecture and role definitions.
  • Operational support in Workday (data quality and accuracy, position tracking, and organization‑related processes).
  • Participation in transversal projects.

Requisitos
