YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Payroll & Timekeeping
• Assist in gathering and encoding daily time records and attendance logs
• Help with payroll preparation, including checking timesheets and deductions
• Support the review of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, etc.)
• Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintain 201 files and update HR databases regularly
• Keep employee records organized, accurate, and confidential
