Intern – Financial Technology Team (General Services)
Job Summary: Join our Financial Technology Team as an intern in the General Services area, gaining hands‑on experience in technology solutions that support financial operations.
- Perform Workday integration monitoring and send integration results to users (Workday, PNET and T&A).
- Provide user support and execute mass load processes in Workday.
- Update SharePoint and develop application instructions.
- Facilitate meetings with users and manage HRIS metrics.
- Interact with providers such as Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, and T&A.
- Maintain Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power Automate, macros).
- Support Total Rewards areas: benefits management, savings fund, retirement (pension plan), compensation management.
