THE ROLE
This is not your typical HR Role. This is your opportunity to strengthen our culture, develop our people, and build a modern, data-driven HR Department aligned with business goals.
You’ll directly report to the C-suite, collaborate with leaders across operations, marketing, and IT, manage and mentor a growing HR Team, and lead both strategic and day-to-day HR operations.
YOU WILL
- Lead end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Training & Development.
- Maintain and enhance a strong workplace culture anchored on the company’s values, performance mindset, and collaboration.
- Implement and optimize systems to digitize and streamline HR Processes (HRIS, onboarding, timekeeping, etc.)
