- Responsibilities:
- Training Programme Management: Coordinate end-to-end training programmes, manage participant registration, attendance tracking, reminders, and maintain L&D records.
- Vendor & Financial Support: Process invoices and purchase orders for training vendors assist with government training grant submissions and absentee payroll claims.
- H R Data & System Administration: Prepare and validate data files for HR systems, and support sponsorship, scholarship, and recognition programme administration.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports for management and audits, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to organisational policies.
