The Opportunity

As a Graduate, you will join the Talent Management team and contribute to essential people processes: Performance Review, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Cards, and Career Paths. You will support the data, structure, and operational backbone of Talent, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and ready for decision‑making. We will teach you the Talent frameworks, and you will bring rigour, analysis, structure and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information, and making processes flow smoothly.
