Responsibilities
- Provide support in recruitment and selection activities when there is no assigned recruitment team at the site.
- Prepare employee personnel files.
- Support in processing employee access to the corresponding site.
- Deliver induction training on the company's history and philosophy to new hires.
- Complete documents for employee procedures (onboarding, terminations, and changes related to savings accounts, savings fund loans, infonavit and fonacot deductions, etc.).
- Prepare files to organize and control information that supports the HR supervisor in decision‑making (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, vacation, sick leave, etc.).
- Follow up with operations supervisors to validate the upload of timesheets in Kronos so the HR supervisor can confirm incident approvals to the payroll analyst.
