Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across Bayt.com, Talentera, YallaMotor, and other group subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, assessments, and interview processes.
- Own onboarding workflows including documentation, system setup, induction scheduling, and probation follow-up.
2. Compensation, Benefits and HR Compliance
- Support salary structuring, benchmarking, and compensation governance activities.
- Coordinate compensation discussions, exception workflows, and offer preparation.
- Ensure accurate salary inputs, contract renewals, and benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal audit requirements.
