Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC)
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• CHRP or CHRL designation is a strong asset
• Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
• Valid G Class driver's license and access to a vehicle
