HR Generalist: Sage 300, IR & Multi-Site Expert

West Coast Personnel in South Africa is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support to the HR Manager and oversee HR administration across multiple sites and departments. You will prepare employment contracts and letters, coordinate onboarding and exits, assist with payroll inputs in Sage 300 People, and ensure compliance with SA labour legislation across BCEA, LRA, BCCEI.
