HR Generalist — Remote with Night Shift

ScalableOS is seeking an HR Generalist to manage and support all human resources functions across the organization. This role includes employee onboarding and offboarding, administering compensation and benefits programs, and fostering positive employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of HR experience. Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is essential. The position offers a long-term work-from-home arrangement with a permanent night shift schedule.
