Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to the HR Manager.
- Manage HR administration across multiple sites and departments.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, letters, and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, exits, and contract administration.
- Support payroll by accurately capturing and maintaining employee information on Sage 300 People.
- Monitor and validate time and attendance records using ERS-Bio (or similar), including leave, overtime, clocking exceptions, and payroll inputs.
- Assist with disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and performance management processes.
- Prepare IR documentation, notices, minutes, and outcomes.
- Coordinate disciplinary hearings and maintain confidential employee records.
- Assist with training administration, BEE, Skills Development, compliance, audits, and HR reporting.
