Assists the HR Manager in administration and coordination of HR services on site operations, specifically handling concerns of rank‑file employees.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee discipline and corrective actions for non‑terminable cases (level 1 & 2 offenses). Update employee status and access privileges.
- Coordinate and follow up with supervisors on the performance review of their respective employees. Prepare employee change notice (ECN) and other employment movement documents for rank‑file employees.
- Conduct employee orientation (HR Talk) for new hires. Participate in special projects, such as industry studies or surveys.
- Assist with employee queries and applications for company and government‑mandated benefits.
- Assist in the monitoring and implementation of HR initiatives/programs.
