As our HR Generalist, you will work in close collaboration with Clara, our HR Manager based in Barcelona, and serve as the main HR contact on‑site for our Pamplona office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle: coordinate and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, draft employment contracts and amendments, manage renewals, and handle statutory sick leave/workplace accident notifications (ITs / ATs).
- Pilot payroll operations: gather, prepare, and submit the monthly payroll variables file to our external consultancy and review and validate final payslips to ensure 100% accuracy.
