Job Purpose
To manage and support shop-floor and staff HR operations at the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth manpower availability, discipline, and compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HR records for factory workers, staff, and contract labour.
- Coordinate recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and safety orientation.
- Handle attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave management.
- Coordinate with production supervisors for manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and EHS training documentation.
