Ametek Nuevo Laredo is in search for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization. This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility. The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a strong focus in recruiting and labor relations.
Responsibilities- Lead/support recruitment efforts of direct, indirect and salaried positions.
- Support and follow up on labor relations actions and plans.
- Coordinate employee services (i.e.: transportation and cafeteria).
- Support and maintain the HRIS Systems ensuring accuracy & regulatory alignment.
- Support and help with Government Inspections and Compliance.
- Schedule flexibility to support different working shifts, including weekends or holidays, when needed.
- Support general HR activities as needed.
