As HR Generalist for our Nordics region , you will be part of the People Services Organisation and support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in delivering tactical HR services, supporting employee relations, and ensuring effective local execution of global HR initiatives. The role requires a strong on‑site presence, working at least 3 days per week, spending time at our office at Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) and Lysaker office .
