HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource activities for Nexkemia including but not limited to hiring and interviewing staff, benefits administration, employee relations, new hire onboarding, employee training, and enforcing corporate and business unit policies and practices.
Directly reports to: HR Manager. Dotted line reporting to: General Manager.
Please note this position is hybrid with 4 days on-site and 1 day working remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions following established recruiting process; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Process all new hire employment related documents in accordance with established process and provincial legal requirements.
- Conducts and/or facilitates new hire onboarding for both corporate and business unit level. ...
