Position Summary
The HR Generalist will handle a range of HR functions, including talent selection, talent management, talent development, compensation, employee advocacy and engagement, coaching and connection, diversity, inclusion and belonging, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Talent Selection: create hiring processes, evaluate candidates, ensure fair selection, support job offers and onboarding.
- Talent Management: guide managers and employees through performance reviews, help leaders give clear feedback, provide feedback to leaders to improve performance and behavior.
- Talent Development: create development plans with leaders, identify and grow high‑potential talent, match people to the right roles, and support fair talent decisions.
