The following duties are typical of the position:

• Drafting employment contracts.
• Registering new employees in the company’s systems.
• Coordinating the delivery of work equipment and tools.

• Monitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions.
• Handling termination processes and deregistration in internal systems.
• Conducting exit interviews.
