Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day People functions and employee support.
- Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
- Maintain the HRIS. Complete monthly checks to ensure accurate employee data, contracts and reports are accurate.
- Prepare contracts and arrange equipment, induction and set up for new starters.
- Manage appraisals and support disciplinary processes.
- Handle grievances with HRBP support.
- Implement People policies and support handbook updates.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Support employer branding with Marketing team.
- Coordinate engagement initiatives, events and corporate gifts.
