HR Business Partnering
- Support managers and employees on day-to-day HR topics and people-related matters
- Partner with line managers in areas such as employee relations, performance and talent management (including salary reviews, talent reviews, succession planning), absenteeism, and organizational changes
- Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law, and company procedures
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Coordinate payroll-related activities with external/internal payroll providers
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and documentation
