Job Summary
The HR Generalist (Executive) is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources operations in Singapore, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, expatriate administration, HR operations and compliance. The role works closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure efficient HR processes while maintaining compliance with Singapore employment legislation and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organised and able to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding.
