HR Generalist Osborne Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Irish organisation in the search for an experienced HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle with a primary focus on employee relations and talent acquisition/recruitment. This role is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement and employee relations practices, while managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in compliance with Irish employment law and relevant EU employment legislation. Location: Dublin/ Meath - Travel will be required across Ireland in this role. Permanent full-time onsite.
