Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy HR Generalist to drive Technical Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, PMS, and HR Operations. You will leverage modern AI-driven HR tools to optimize sourcing efficiency, streamline candidate evaluation, manage the complete employee lifecycle, and maintain robust operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Recruitment & Sourcing: Use AI recruitment platforms, semantic search, and automated tools to engage passive technical talent and run initial assessments.
- Technical Evaluation: Conduct rigorous screening of complex plant roles such as Extrusion Injection Molding Operators, Blow Molding Specialists, Toolroom Technicians, QA Engineers.
- Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to support rapid manufacturing scaling.
