What you’ll doThe Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the recruitment and selection of hourly and salary positions, supporting and coordinating the facility's training and development programs, developing the communication plan of the site, and providing support in wellness initiatives.
- To administrate and coordinate the facility’s training and development programs for hourly and salary employees, including the Eaton New Hire Orientation and On‑Boarding Programs.
- To elaborate communication supports to help managers and employees understand HR tools and processes and organization changes.
- To coordinate Monthly Plant Wide Meeting for the three shifts (meeting, presentation, assistance control).
