Job Purpose:
The General Manager – Human Resources will lead and manage the complete HR function, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. The role will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance, policy implementation, learning & development, and overall people management initiatives while driving a high-performance culture.
