Position Summary: The People Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for People Managers and is part of the People Services team. The role provides proactive support across the Americas Region, with specialist expertise in at least one of the following markets: US, Latin America, Canada or Brazil, and partners with local HR leaders to advance business priorities and deliver on the People Strategy and deliver a superior employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors the successful execution of HR processes to foster an efficient and optimal employee and manager experience.
- Provides support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, escalating issues to HR leadership as needed.
