A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an HR Generalist, you will partner with all departments to manage daily HR operations and execute key people processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring effective HR service delivery, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience. Additionally, you will maintain accurate HR data, support payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role you will report to the HR Project Manager.
