Purpose of the Function:
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily Second shift functions of the Human Resource (HR) department.
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws.
Assist in the corresponding Operation, advising, managing and executing actions/initiatives aimed at the Company's objectives through Human Resources.
