HR Generalist (14 Month Contract)

Job Description

The HR Generalist, Shared Services for Abatement Canada and Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery is responsible for managing various HR functions, including administering employee benefits programs, facilitating recruitment efforts, and fostering positive employee relations for a 14 month fixed term contract.

Benefits Administration

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plan, and other fringe benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits‑related inquiries from employees, providing guidance, support, and timely resolution of issues.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

• Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
