Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Develop and execute internal communication campaigns and employee announcements.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support HR operations and employee relations activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with LinkedIn recruitment and candidate screening.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
