Core Responsibilities Talent Management / Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, job postings, interviewing, offer negotiation, orientation, and onboarding.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms, including newspapers, online job portals, schools’ portals, community center portals and recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment legislation and guidelines.
  • Pre‑screen incoming resumes, shortlist candidates for interview and provide an update to candidates on interview outcomes.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person interviews and assessments for non-executive and supervisor level positions.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) for new hires and brief them on the employment terms and conditions.
