You should be a hands-on person and able to work in a fast paced environment. This is a HR Generalist role.
Your key responsibilities as follows:Engage the department managers, understand manpower demands, advise recruitment strategies and identify suitable sourcing channels
Liaise with existing employees and address their queries on HR matter and grievances to ensure a safe and productive workplace
Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation for the subsidiaries. Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness in salary payments, with compliance to company policies and statutory requirements.
Update and draft HR-related policies, procedures, and processes, including Employee Handbook. Ensure the policies and practices comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
