Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate recruitment for office staff, site personnel, and project-based employees.
- Prepare job advertisements and screen applications.
- Schedule interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
