Responsibilities
- Handle Work Permit (WP), S Pass (SP) and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations and related employment matters.
- Coordinate worker arrival arrangements, accommodation check-in and onboarding processes in compliance with MOM requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance records and support payroll administration.
- Handle employee insurance matters, medical claims, PCP and other employee welfare-related matters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support for new employees and workers.
- Manage vehicle insurance, road tax renewals and related administrative matters.
