Key Responsibilities

·Process monthly payroll, claims, and HR reports

·Manage Work Permit / S Pass / EP applications, renewals, cancellations

·Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

·Handle onboarding, offboarding, and issuance of HR letters

·Administer leave, attendance, and staff benefits

·Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and company policies

·Support HR audits, inspections, and internal controls

·Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on manpower deployment.

·Assist in recruitment, interviews, and job posting.

Requirements

·Diploma or Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent

·Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferred

·Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR compliance

·Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and digital documentation

·Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
