• Manage Recruitment: oversee the complete recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
• Maintain HR Records: ensure HR records and HRIS data are accurate and up to date.
• Support Payroll and Attendance: assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
• Engage Employees: help coordinate employee engagement activities and training initiatives.
