- Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding
- Maintain and update of employees personal files
- Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation, etc. and accommodation matters
- Monitor and process contract renewals and/or conversion
- Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to meet staff training needs
- Handle submission for government training grant and staff absentee payroll claims
- Responsible for the staff welfare activities coordination and request for event quotation
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and activities
- Any other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management
