Job Description:
- Full Spectrum HR and administrative functions, with focus on managing foreign construction workers
- Register, renew and coordinate workers' Coretrade, CSOC and other mandatory training and certification courses
- Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits (PCP), and respond to HR-related enquiries
- Manage insurance renewals and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims when required
- Maintain accurate employee records, and ensure proper filing systems, and support efficient office administration
- Process payroll accurately and timely, including the computation of wages for daily-rated workers
- Coordinate the onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and company policies
