Job Description
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Support and advise management on employee issues and compliance.
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and grievances.
- Develop and implement policies to foster a positive work environment.
- Facilitate training sessions on employee relations topics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 30 years old up to 40 years old
- With at least 2 years experience related to employee engagement
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
